Delivery by courier

    • Shipping cost – 300 RSD
    • Free shipping when ordering from 5 000 RSD
    • Delivery time: on the next business day when ordering before 12:00 or within 1-2 business days when ordering after 12:00
    • Minimum order amount – 3 000 RSD
  • Belgrade: Čukarica, Rakovica, Voždovac, Zvezdara, Grocka, Palilula
    • Shipping cost – 350 RSD
    • Free shipping when ordering from 5 500 RSD
    • Delivery time: on the next business day when ordering before 12:00 or within 1-2 business days when ordering after 12:00
    • Minimum order amount – 3 000 RSD
  • Belgrade: Obrenovac, Mladenovac, Pančevo, Barajevo, Lazarevac, Sopot
    • Shipping cost – 500 RSD
    • Free shipping when ordering from 7 000 RSD
    • Delivery time: on the next business day when ordering before 12:00 or within 1-2 business days when ordering after 12:00
    • Minimum order amount – 4 000 RSD
  • Novi Sad
    • Shipping cost – 300 RSD
    • Free shipping when ordering from 10 000 RSD
    • Delivery is carried out 1 time a week upon prior notification on the website in the Blog section and on our Instagram. Also, you can find out the date and time of the nearest delivery by contacting us by phone or email.
    • Minimum order amount – 4 000 RSD
  • Kragujevac, Niš, Kopaonik, Zlatibor
    • Cost and delivery time – by agreement

The delivery is paid along with the rest of the bill and is automatically credited into the amount. There are no hidden costs and the amount you receive in your bill is final.

Couriers bring the shipment to the delivery address in the period from 9-18 h. Please ensure that during that period there is a person at the address who can take the shipment and pay it if you have decided to pay on delivery.

The ordered goods will be packed in a thermal box in such a way that they can not be damaged by usual manipulation in transport. When picking up the shipment, you need to visually inspect the package so that there is no apparent damage. If you notice that the transport box is significantly damaged and you suspect that the product may be damaged, refuse to receive the shipment and inform us immediately. If the shipment is seemingly unscathed, you can pick it up and sign the delivery note. If he subsequently notices damage to the goods and did not return the goods to the deliverer, the buyer is obliged not to throw the defective goods away, but to contact Strix d.o.o.in order to take the goods in accordance with the agreement with the buyer. In this case, the buyer is obliged to return the invoice to the deliverer. Check the correctness of the order is carried out by the buyer, and subsequent complaints are not accepted.

The usual practice is that if the courier does not find you at the address, to call you on the phone you left when creating the order and arrange a new delivery date. If he does not find you at the address, the shipment will be returned to us. Upon receipt of the shipment, we will contact you to determine the reason for the non-delivery and agree to send it again.  

Strix d.o.o. reserves the right to refuse delivery of ordered goods if it determines a violation of these terms and conditions advertised on the website.

 

Pickup from the warehouse

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Pickup is possible on working days from 9:00 to 15:00 at the address Zorana Radmilovića 1, Beograd

  • the same day when placing an order before 12:00 of the current day;
  • the next day if the order is placed after 12:00.

Pickup from the warehouse is free of charge.
