We inform consumers that you can declare your complaint due to lack of conformity, incorrect calculation of prices or other defects, which relates to the purchased product through the online store, to the seller at the e-mail address: email@example.com or in writing to the address: Strix d.o.o., Zorana Radmilovića, 1, 11271, Beograd.
The seller is obliged to issue a written confirmation to the consumer without delay or electronically confirm the receipt of the complaint, i.e. communicate the number under which his complaint is registered in the records of received complaints.
The seller is obliged to respond to the stated complaint by written or electronic means to the Consumer no later than eight days from the date of receipt of the complaint. The deadline for resolving the complaint cannot exceed 15 days.
If the seller resolves the verbally stated complaint in accordance with the consumer’s request at its declaration, he is not obliged to file it and issue the consumer a confirmation of the received complaint.
