Pursuant to rule 13. and the 27th. Law on consumer protection (official gazette of RS 62/2014) STRIX d.o.o. Beograd, its esteemed consumers who buy goods through the website OldFisherman www.oldfisherman.rs (hereinafter: the website, the online store) that:

By using this online store, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions and the Terms of use, and also agree to them.
the sale of goods through the Website is carried out within the registered activity of the company STRIX DOO BEOGRAD-SURČIN (hereinafter: STRIX d.o.o.), Zorana Radmilovića 1, Surčin, Beograd, MB 21401307 PIB: 110914244, the address for reporting the complaint is: info@oldfisherman.rs.
According to the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette of RS, no. 62/2014) buying through the site is considered distance selling.
STRIX d.o.o. through the online store Oldfisherman enables the purchase of the entire range of goods that are in its offer at the time of delivery of the goods.
A customer is any person who registers and electronically orders at least one product, fills in the requested data and sends them.
After registering on the website, customers declare that they have read and understood the terms of use, that they are familiar with them and fully agree with the terms and conditions presented here and that they agree to use the website in accordance with them. The right to use the Website is not transferable to other natural or legal persons. The Registered User is personally responsible for protecting the confidentiality of passwords where they exist.
The purchase of food through the online store, as well as registration, can only be made by persons over the age of 18, and each customer is obliged to provide accurate information when registering.
The procedure and conditions for the purchase/sale of goods through the online store are defined through the following stages: registration, ordering, payment, delivery, return/reclamation of goods.

STRIX d.o.o. undertakes that if one of the products is not currently available and is offered for sale, inform the buyer of the goods by phone or electronically regarding the replacement product or cancellation of the ordered product. All other products will be shipped.
The conformity of the goods to the contract is determined solely according to the characteristics and purpose of the goods as defined in the corresponding declaration.
All prices on the site are expressed in domestic currency – serbian dinar (RSD) include VAT and are of an orientation character.
The real value of the ordered goods without products that are not in the store’s stock and with the achieved discount must be at least 3,000.00 RSD.
The delivery of the purchased goods is carried out in accordance with the conditions specified on the terms of delivery page.
The possibility of purchasing goods with special price benefits and / or with special sales incentives (action sale), is carried out in accordance with the conditions published on the website.
By purchasing goods on the website, the buyer can pay for them, in accordance with the conditions specified on the payment terms page.
The consumer, when creating the order by pressing the confirmation button, assumes the obligation to pay for the ordered goods.
After the consumer receives the ordered goods, a refund or exchange is not possible, according to Article 5 of Article 36 of the Consumer Rights Protection Act: “the consumer is not entitled to withdraw from the contract in the case of delivery of goods that are subject to deterioration of quality or have a short shelf life.”
For goods ordered through the online store, the consumer has the right to complain about the already used product, in the manner defined for goods purchased through the ONLINE store. You can find the method and procedure for declaring a complaint on the claims page.
In reality, the dimensions and shape of the product may differ from the one indicated on the website.
In the content of the label with the price, i.e. on the declaration, there are basic information about the product, while for closer information, the buyer can always contact STRIX d.o.o.
The products will be delivered in the ordered quantity if available, but there is a possibility that STRIX d.o.o., cannot deliver the order in part or in whole.
STRIX d.o.o. will try to ensure the most up-to-date information on the website, especially the prices of the offered products and services.
STRIX d.o.o. is not responsible for any errors that occur in the product description, images and errors that occur when updating pages and price changes. If it is an error that significantly affects the buyer’s decision on the order, the buyer reserves the right to cancel or modify the order, and the cancellation or modification must be delivered at the retail store STRIX d.o.o., immediately after the review of the order and without delay.
The data on the stock of products in the retail facility STRIX d.o.o., are changed and may differ from the information published on the website.
STRIX d.o.o. reserves the right to withdraw any product from sale at any time. In such cases, STRIX d.o.o., returns the full amount of money for those products that are no longer offered, i.e. for those services that are paid but not provided, regardless of the reason for the withdrawal of the product from sale, i.e. not providing the service.
STRIX d.o.o. also reserves the right to change and suspend or terminate the provision of the online store service in a timely manner.
Products are charged at prices valid on the day of ordering and published on the website. Prices, payment terms and action offers are valid only at the time of payment and may change without notice. STRIX d.o.o. will endeavour to ensure that the prices stated in the order are correct, however an error may occur.
In the event that the price of the product changes during the processing of the order, or the price on the website for any other reason does not correspond to the actual price of the product or service, STRIX d. o.o. will enable the buyer to cancel the purchase or to confirm the New changed price.
The order amount may differ slightly from the one indicated with the approximate prices in the catalog of the online store. Weight deviations are minimal, which means that you can get a few grams more or less, and the price will be calculated on the exact weight of the goods you ordered. The estimated price is based on the prices on the day of the announcement in the store.
STRIX d.o.o. reserves the right to not deliver an order at any time if there is a suspicion of abuse or violation of any of the terms and conditions of use. Suspicion of abuse or violation of any of the terms and conditions of use entails deleting consumers from the database of the Old fisherman online store and disabling new orders.
STRIX d.o.o. reserves the right to change and/or supplement these Terms and conditions at any time, provided that the amendment of these Terms and conditions will be initiated only when necessary and in order to comply with the regulations of the Republic of Serbia, in case of changes in internal operational requirements, as well as in cases of requests to improve the provision of services, and in case of requests to improve the efficiency of online orders.
Any changes to these Terms and conditions, as well as the effective date of those changes, will be published via the website. Any changes to the terms and conditions will be effective only for new orders received after the publication of those changes on this website. If the buyer does not submit an objection to the change or does not cancel the agreed order, it will be considered that he has accepted the changed terms and conditions. The buyer is obliged to check the terms and conditions in the relevant chapters/sections before each order, as changes may occur between visits or are the consequence of updates.
