Return of funds

In case of refund you can contact us by sending us an email to: information of your account number or invoice, your JMBG, then the number of the dinar current account and the name of the bank in which you have opened the said account.

After you submit the necessary data, documentation will be created, which will be forwarded to the email address you specified when creating the order.

The refund is made exclusively in the above manner, by payment to the dinar current account and there is no possibility of sending money in cash through the courier service.

In case of Return of goods and refund to the buyer who previously paid for one of the payment cards, in part or in whole, and regardless of the reason for return, STRIX d.o.o. is obliged to make the refund exclusively through VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex and Dina payment methods, which means that the bank will refund the funds to the account of the cardholder at the seller’s request. This means that at the request of the seller, the bank will refund the funds to the account of the cardholder.

The product ordered, without prior contact and agreement with the employees of our online store, which is listed above, you cannot send to the addresses listed on the invoice-shipping and all such packages will be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

The trader is not obliged to reimburse the additional costs resulting from the consumer’s explicit request for delivery that deviates from the cheapest ordinary delivery offered by the trader. The trader may delay refunds until they have received the goods returned, or until the consumer provides proof that they have sent the goods to the trader depending on which comes first.
